SACRED HEART CAREGIVERS focuses on quality through a formal feedback process from clients as well as ongoing communication and training with its caregivers. This includes:
Quality Surveys
Quality surveys to all clients with results shared constructively with the health care team.
Unannounced Visits
Unannounced visits to clients' homes with and without the caregiver present to ensure standards are met.
One-on-One Mentoring
Ongoing one-on-one mentoring and training of caregivers administered directly by the RN Care Manager.
Continuing Education
Quarterly caregiving updates and mandatory continuing education to keep our staff at the forefront of care.
